Robert A. Stratton Jr.

In 1987, Robert A. Stratton, Jr. began his career as a licensed salesperson in the Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Industry and obtained a real estate broker license. In 1994, he incorporated Stratton Industrial Commercial Real Estate Services. After seven years of hard work, Robert Stratton was awarded the designation of being an “Active Member” within the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). Currently, Stratton International, recognized by the AIR Commercial Real Estate Associates as an “Accredited Firm,” has been an active member of AIR for the past 15 years.  As President/Broker Officer of Stratton International, Inc., Robert Stratton has SUCCESSFULLY represented Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, Landlords & Developers in the purchase, sale, lease and development of all sizes and types of Industrial & Commercial properties totaling MILLIONS of square feet located throughout the Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley and Ventura County.  Stratton International has assembled a tremendous team of real estate professionals enabling us to complete thousands of commercial property sales and leasing transactions since 1994.
